Staff:
A good staff is a very important part of every clinic. All of our treating physicians and
physician assistants are experienced at applying treatment to complicated pain and chronic pain patients.
We hold the patient’s well-being as the focus and work together to most efficiently treat each patient to
provide fast, long-lasting effects.
Also, health insurance is oftentimes confusing. Our back office will help you sort out any confusions
that may arise. Last but not least, a positive and inspiring atmosphere offers additional healing and
simply makes for a good experience. It is our pleasure to serve you and we have fun doing our jobs.

Dr. Marc Bonacci received his undergraduate degree from Regis University in Denver in the honors department,
with a major in philosophy and minor in religious studies. He then graduated in 1997 from Life Chiropractic
College West, one of the original chiropractic schools. He immediately started his own practice of
traditional chiropractic treating family care for all ages, as well as sports injury and wellness.
Initially he practiced chiropractic manual adjustments, physiotherapy modalities and exercises.
In his early career, Dr. Bonacci gained valuable experience from a close childhood friend David Robinson.
David was working as a Rolfer in a very successful physical therapy clinic in Scottsdale called Valley Therapy.
David was trained by world-renowned master Rolfer Jeffrey Maitland and had become a master Rolfer in his
own right. David shared many of his techniques and assessment tools with Dr. Bonacci adding a valuable
resource to his arsenal of treatments.
Dr. Bonacci gained further valuable experience and knowledge when he started working alongside medical
doctor and physiatrist Steve Fanto, a leader in the field of chronic and complicated pain.
As Dr. Fanto referred patients to Dr. Bonacci, primarily for physiotherapy, patients were finally
getting results where others had failed them. Some patients were in pain for 15 or 20 years, and
were for the first time feeling better through APP’s multidisciplinary approach.
Soon Dr. Bonacci was routinely treating some of the most chronic and complicated pain situations,
with collaboration and guidance from Dr. Fanto. This learning experienced proved to be extremely
valuable to Dr. Bonacci because the patients were so severe, and in many cases required thinking
outside-the-box to achieve results. The relationship between Dr. Fanto and Dr. Bonacci has grown to
become a powerful force to combat chronic pain.
Dr. Marc Bonacci is the owner of APP and acts as treating physician and clinic director.
His clinical approach to treating is a blend of professional and personal education and experience.
In an attempt to care for patients and better his own health, as well as that of his wonderful wife and
three children, he has made great strides to search for the truth about health.
In short, he has found that all necessary elements need to be aligned to establish good health.
We need to be aware of, understand, and apply to our lives the various aspects: good posture, optimal
nutrition, adequate and appropriate exercise, positive mental health, a sense of spirituality, and recreation.
Each person must develop their own philosophy as to how they are going to go about their life.
How much are they going to put in, sacrifice and challenge themselves? People must decide what foods
they are going to eat, who they are going to socialize with, how much and where they are going to spend
their money. Will they strive to make positive changes or simply take what they can get out of life.
This is important to the individual and the world. We all do it. Spend time on your philosophy to
achieve better health and quality of life.
